UN(E) COMMUNITY MOBILISER OFFICER
Dans le cadre de ses activités à Madagascar, Save the Children lance un avis de vacance de poste pour le recrutement d’un (e) Community Mobiliser Officer pour un contrat à durée indéterminée.
Le poste sera basé à Andapa.
Responsabilités principales du poste :
Placé sous la responsabilité du Livelihood Project Coordinator, il /elle contribue à l’autonomisation des jeunes en étroite collaboration avec les entreprises/ microentreprises locales d’Andapa, Sambava et Antalaha. Il/Elle facilite la participation active des jeunes aux activités du programme d’apprentissage EB‑TVET. Il/Elle joue un rôle clé dans la mobilisation et la promotion de l’engagement des jeunes, assure le suivi de leur participation aux activités du programme et les accompagne de manière continue.
En plus de ces responsabilités, il/elle fournit un appui en coaching et en mentoring afin de renforcer les compétences personnelles, sociales et professionnelles des jeunes, les aider à surmonter les défis rencontrés et favoriser leur insertion durable dans les parcours de formation et d’employabilité.
