Job Description:
Job Purpose: The position of Community Help Desk Facilitator is essential to ensuring that World Food Programme (WFP) supported activities are implemented in full alignment with the Complaints and Feedback Mechanisms (CFM) minimum standards. By closely collaborating with the General Food Distribution (GFD) program team and camp-level stakeholders, the facilitator guarantees that community concerns are properly identified, received, and addressed in a timely and transparent manner.
