Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: Major Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Actively participate in the national Interagency Coordination Committees (ICC) and other national forums and working groups, Support the existing provincial ICC and district task force. Conduct regular CGPP partners' meetings and organize review and planning forums involving the provincial, territorial health zone offices and partners' field offices. Build effective partnerships between CGPP NGOs and international, national, and provincial agencies involved in polio at respective levels to share information and experiences and avoid duplication of efforts. Strengthen provincial, and health zone immunization systems to achieve polio eradication by reducing zero-dose , under vaccinated children and improving immunization coverage. Support provincial, and district planning and implementation of supplemental polio immunizations and outbreak response campaigns. Ensure the integration of maternal and child health, child health, and nutrition interventions within the project framework to enhance service delivery efficiency. Ensure the proper implementation of Global Health Security (GHS) activities at the level of the supported provinces in collaboration with health nutrition coordinator. collaborate with all GHS implementation partners in the intervention areasCoordinate the response to epidemics in collaboration with other partners in the CGPP intervention areas Project interventions are implemented according to the workplan The project objectives are met The impact of the project is demonstrated through evidence reports Integrated primary health care platform (Polio + GHS + MCH + immunization + iCCM/IMNCI + nutrition) aligned to MOH/BCZS/CCUS structures Community-to-facility continuum: demand generation, referrals, follow-up, and quality improvement Capacity Development Provide capacity building of Health nutrition coordinators, Officer staff, including provision of technical resources and linkage to partners and stakeholders Ensure that all CGPP project staff complete the demanding WV DRC training courses (Anti-fraud, anti-corruption, harassment, GEDSI, safeguarding, SAINT, etc.) Ensure quality monitoring of all health capacity building events ( CMAM, Mother MUAC approach, MNCH, IYCF, GHS, Immunization, in accordance with the vision of the CGPP undefined Field health nutrition coordinatorss have the capacity to perform their functions The quality of capacity building is commensurate to the investment Learning and Evidence Base Development, Dissemination and Knowledge Management Evaluate project progress through evidence-based reporting and adapt strategies as needed. List education, knowledge & skills, licenses preferred, and all experiences required to perform this position in a fully competent manner: University degree in health Sciences; and other related sector, Master in Public Health preferred Computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus note, etc. At least 15 years experiences working in international NGOs At least 10 years experiences in health program management, in immunization program, MNCH and Nutrition program is preferred. Proven experience in managing community projects Project management and design experience Project implementation and monitoring and evaluation Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, demonstrated leadership and good management ability. Excellent French communication skills (oral and written). A working knowledge of English (oral and written).
