Conduct regular CGPP partners' meetings and organize review and planning forums involving the provincial, territorial health zone offices and partners' field offices. Organize regular meetings with health zone offices, church synods, community leaders and members, and other stakeholders to take project ownership. Build effective partnerships between CGPP NGOs and international, national, and provincial agencies involved in polio at respective levels to share information and experiences and avoid duplication of efforts. Strengthen provincial, and health zone immunization systems to achieve polio eradication by reducing zero-dose children and improving immunization coverage. Support provincial, and district planning and implementation of supplemental polio immunizations and outbreak response campaigns. Support community-based surveillance for AFP/VPD case detection, reporting, and response (and case detection of other infectious diseases) coordinate integrated interventions of Maternal and Nex born health (Promote early ANC (<16 weeks), birth preparedness and danger-sign recognition, Strengthen PNC follow-up and rapid referral for complications, Support MOH quality improvement for essential MNH and selected BEmONC signal functions Coordinate integrated interventions of Child health (Integrated community case management (iCCM/IMNCI) for common childhood illnesses, Referral completion and follow-up for danger signs/severe cases, Link every contact to routine immunization and zero-dose recovery Coordinate integrated interventions of nutrition (MUAC/edema screening + growth monitoring during iCCM and outreach contacts, IYCF counseling (exclusive breastfeeding, complementary feeding) and mother-to-mother support, CMAM referrals and defaulter follow-up for MAM/SAM treatment continuity Ensure the proper implementation of Global Health Security (GHS) activities at the level of the supported province. Excellent French communication skills (oral and written).
