CFA-2026-04 – Policy Development and Webinar Lead Consultant

IOM Hungary is seeking a Category B Consultant to support the implementation of the REACHMIND project (CERV-2024-CHILD | Project No. 101190350), funded by the EU.
The consultant will lead the development of an evidence-based policy brief and support the design, facilitation and delivery of a transnational stakeholder webinar under Work Package 4 (Communication and Dissemination). The assignment will involve reviewing project findings, consolidating partner inputs from Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and Czechia, developing policy recommendations, preparing dissemination materials, and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in policy analysis and drafting, development of policy briefs, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation of webinars or similar events, preferably in the context of EU-funded or multi-country projects.
