Business Development Manager

The Program Development Manager will lead and coordinate the development of high-quality, competitive humanitarian, development, and nexus proposals to support funding growth and delivery of the Country Strategic Plan in alignment with Save the Children’s Global Breakthroughs. The role works closely with PDQ, ACCM, Awards, Finance, Risk, HR, Security, MEAL, and Operations teams to manage the full proposal development process, ensuring timely and donor-compliant submissions. The position also contributes to partnership development, capture planning, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen program impact and resource mobilization. In emergency contexts, the role may require flexibility beyond standard working hours and responsibilities.
