The Data Team at IRC is responsible for the design and delivery of data technology and data programs at the IRC. This is a rare opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a high-impact Data & AI Transformation program. You'll be a core member of the Data Transformation Working Group, driving the definition and standardization of critical business data that directly feeds into cutting-edge AI initiatives and enterprise analytics.
You'll act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — translating complex business needs into clear data definitions, governance standards, and structured models within Databricks and our wider analytics ecosystem. Your work will:

Compensation: (Pay Range US: $88,277 - $103,222 & Pay Range UK: £49,598- £60,040 ) Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
