The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an experienced home based Communications Consultant (Category B) to develop a comprehensive Borderlands Awareness Toolkit under the EU-funded Borderlands Project (CS1411). Working remotely over a period of three months, the consultant will design a harmonized communication and awareness strategy, produce innovative print and digital communication materials, develop community engagement tools based on Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) principles, and strengthen the capacity of implementing partners to effectively use the toolkit. The assignment requires proven expertise in communication strategy, graphic design, behaviour change communication, and the development of communication materials for international organizations or development partners.
