CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL:
Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial des Nations Unies (PAM) est l’agence onusienne en première ligne dans la lutte contre la faim. Depuis sa création en 1963, le personnel du PAM, à travers le monde, travaille sans relâche pour éradiquer ce fléau. Chaque année, le PAM apporte une assistance alimentaire à plus de 90 millions de personnes dans plus de 70 pays.
En Haïti, le PAM et ses partenaires fournissent une assistance aux populations les plus vulnérables afin de contribuer à l’atteinte de l’objectif Zéro Faim.
Dans ce contexte, le PAM met en œuvre 74 % de son assistance sous forme de transferts monétaires (CBT), contre 26 % sous forme d’assistance en nature. Les CBT permettent de réduire les risques de protection, de faciliter les réponses aux besoins et d’améliorer l’efficience et l’efficacité des programmes. Ils contribuent également à la dynamisation des économies locales, en favorisant des effets multiplicateurs au sein des communautés et en soutenant l’atteinte des Objectifs de développement durable
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES DU POSTE :
Appuyer la gestion complète du cycle des contrats logistiques (transport, cabotage, manutention et services associés), de l’analyse de marché à l’exécution, en contribuant à la sécurisation de la capacité, au contrôle des coûts, à la performance des prestataires et à la continuité opérationnelle, conformément aux procédures du PAM.
