CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL
Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) est la plus grande agence humanitaire au monde, luttant contre la faim et améliorant la sécurité alimentaire. En Haïti, le PAM a mis en oeuvre un projet d'infrastructures clés (entrepôts, bureaux, hubs logistiques) pour sécuriser et accélérer le déploiement de l'aide humanitaire, notamment dans le département des Nippes et plus largement le Grand Sud.
Pour soutenir la supervision technique et opérationnelle quotidienne de ses activités à Miragoâne, le PAM recherche un(e) Assistant(e) en Gestion de Site dynamique, rigoureux(se) et axé(e) sur le terrain.
Le titulaire de ce poste reporte à l’ingénieur en Construction et Gestionnaire de Site dans le Sous Bureau du PAM, ou à toute autre personne désignée par le PAM en Haïti.
RESPONSABILITÉS/OBLIGATIONS (non exhaustives) :
Sous la supervision directe et technique de l'Ingénieur en Construction et Gestionnaire de Site, l'Assistant(e) en Gestion de Site assure le suivi opérationnel, logistique et administratif quotidien des travaux de construction, rehabilitation et réparation.
Il/Elle est le garant de la bonne gestion des stocks de matériaux, du pointage de la main-d'oeuvre locale et de la remontée d'informations, permettant ainsi au Gestionnaire de Site d'optimiser l'avancement des travaux.
1. Gestion Logistique du Chantier et des Stocks
2. Suivi de la Main-d'OEuvre et Appui Opérationnel
3. Contrôle de Terrain, Hygiène et Sécurité (HSE)
4. Administration et Reporting
LES LIVRABLES À LA FIN DU CONTRAT :
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education : Diplôme d'études secondaires (obligatoire). Des études supplémentaires ou un diplôme universitaire (Bac+2) dans les domaines echnique ou un certificat en génie civil, construction, logistique, gestion de stocks ou tout autre domaine connexe seraient un atout.
Expérience : Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience pratique sur des chantiers de construction, dans la gestion de stocks de matériaux ou comme chef d'équipe de terrain. Une expérience avec une ONG ou une agence humanitaire internationale est considérée comme un avantage.
Knowledge and Skills:
Language: Parfaite maîtrise du Créole haïtien et du Français (oral et écrit). La compréhension de l'Anglais technique (termes de construction) est un plus.
