You will lead a portfolio of projects aimed at achieving the organization's strategic priorities, while coordinating across multiple teams and working closely with One Acre Fund's senior leadership and CEO. You will report to the Office of the CEO Manager.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <p><strong>Lead strategic projects</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and implement projects to support major priorities across our teams and countries. For example, you might identify and roll out tech innovations to support farmers, or design new operating models for support functions as we scale.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Implement organizational change</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage transformation projects to increase our efficiency.
