You will be responsible for executing day-to-day compliance activities, including routine checks, data validation, and monitoring system adherence, supporting the adoption of policies and KPIs by maintaining trackers, preparing documentation, and reporting gaps. Additionally, you will facilitate training rollouts and monitor their effectiveness. Collect and manage operational data to develop dashboards and insights. Conducting field visits for spot checks and on-site training to ensure compliance and strengthen process adoption.
