About the Role We are seeking a senior field operations and an exceptional project manager to drive Field Operations strategy and execution in Central Uganda. You will be responsible for the following: leading the adoption of trees in the region, market access activities as applicable for cash crops (primarily coffee, macadamia, and trees), input sales, and extension teams to deliver strong farmer impact and operational excellence. Responsibilities Vision / Strategy Lead the field implementation of the Uganda Vision and Strategy and drive up farmer impact in the region served Identify and implement the resources, processes, and systems required to achieve the vision and strategy in the region served Work with the Head of Field Programs and collaborate with Leads of the different departments' programmes (Product Innovations, Commercialisation, Support Teams) and Regions to build alignment, setting objectives and plans that deliver the required programme outcomes. Team Management Line Manager for the members of the field operation team in the Region Initiate and lead process improvements within the region Represent FOPs within the country programme in relevant stakeholder forums as required.
