About the Role We are looking for an Associate with 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations to join our team. You will lead a portfolio of projects aimed at achieving the organization's strategic priorities, while coordinating across multiple teams and working closely with One Acre Fund's senior leadership and CEO. You will report to the Office of the CEO Manager. Responsibilities Lead strategic projects Plan and implement projects to support major priorities across our teams and countries. For example, you might identify and roll out tech innovations to support farmers, or design new operating models for support functions as we scale. Implement organizational change Manage transformation projects to increase our efficiency. For example, you might implement a new performance management model for our staff or build a system to evaluate the return on investment of new products. Manage communications and stakeholder coordination Communicate our strategy to internal and external audiences, and facilitate organizational governance and decision-making. For example, you will support senior leadership meetings and manage staff communication campaigns on strategy updates.
