TERMS OF REFERENCE

The purpose of this assignment is to strengthen UNICEF’s Social and Behavior Change (SBC) digital engagement ecosystem by ensuring effective coordination and utilization of key platforms. Specifically, the assignment aims to:

  1. Coordinate the social and community listening mechanisms, to ensure the continuous collection, analysis, and interpretation of community insights that inform evidence-based SBC strategies and programmatic decision-making.
  2. Oversee and support the technical components of the SMSBiz platform, ensuring its optimal functioning, alignment with programmatic objectives, and meaningful engagement with adolescents and young people.
  3. Systematize, organize, and upload process data generated across all SBC platforms, data flows and timely reporting, improved monitoring of SBC process indicators in the SBC monitoring dashboard.
