About the Role One Acre Fund seeks two entrepreneurial fundraisers to spearhead our strategic expansion into Europe. One position will focus on the Swiss market and the other on the German market. In these roles, you will have the unique opportunity to build our profile, network, and fundraising capacity from the ground up while being supported by an established, high-performing global team. Working closely with our writing, finance, and program teams, your objective will be to secure new donor relationships and grow our fundraising portfolio in one of these key markets. The ideal candidate will have a track record of consistent annual 7-8 figure fundraising results, a strong existing and relevant network, and a passion for helping organizations build new relationships. You will have annual fundraising targets that inform performance assessments. We are looking for someone who enjoys building - and connecting with - their network in an authentic way, every day.
