About the Role Seeking an exceptional grants management professional with 1+ years of experience to ensure compliance, financial oversight, and efficient fund utilisation for GCF and other grants, strengthening One Acre Fund’s impact in Burundi. Responsibilities Lead End-to-End Grant Management & Financial Oversight Manage the full lifecycle of complex grants, from budgeting and fund utilisation to reporting and close-out. Monitor grant spending against budgets, analyse variances, and ensure timely corrective action. Act as the central coordination point between finance, programs, and fundraising on grant performance. Ensure Donor Compliance, Risk Management & Reporting Quality Ensure full compliance with donor regulations and reporting requirements, including high-complexity institutional grants (e.g., GCF).
