The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a dynamic Senior Officer, Technical Partnerships to lead on bringing together internal IRC teams to ensure the continued growth and development of strategic new business opportunities and meet our private fundraising ambitions. The Senior Officer is expected to oversee a portfolio including several key funding priorities, with some potential evolution of portfolio makeup as needed. This individual will play a central role driving IRC’s ambitious Impact @ Scale (I@S) plans, a set of priority interventions that deliver outsized impact for every dollar invested, and will serve on the agile team models that will support this initiative. The Senior Officer will be an integral part of a matrix management structure to bring private fundraising, technical units, and I@S priorities together.

This role is part of the Program Services team, which aims to provide the High Value Fundraising teams (Philanthropy, Trusts & Foundations, and Corporates) with best-in-class support in a single, unified service model.
