ROLE PURPOSE:

Save the Children International (SCI) is the leading member of the South Sudan Cash Consortium implementing harmonised Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) and voucher programming across multiple states under ECHO and other donor funding. SCI delivers cash assistance in designated geographic areas under the consortium framework. The Project Manager will lead SCI’s implementation across assigned locations, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance, and budget oversight.

Role Dimensions:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and performance of SCI’s cash consortium grants across all implementation areas. The role ensures the timely and high-quality delivery of Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) in full compliance with consortium SOPs and donor requirements, while maintaining strong financial oversight and budget management.
