Contract Duration – 11.5 months

TERMS OF REFERENCE

To strengthen UNICEF Mozambique’s advocacy, communication and partnerships efforts, including partnership with and support from the European Union, by ensuring systematic production of high-quality written and analytical products that demonstrate results, support fundraising and advocacy objectives, and keep partners informed of key developments.

Under the supervision of the Chief of Advocacy, Communication and Partnerships (ACP), the consultant will work closely with the ACP team, programme sections, field offices and external partners to deliver the following:

1. Strategic Partner Communications

2. Intelligence, Media and Context Monitoring

3. Content Production for Advocacy and Fundraising

4. Field Missions and Story Collection

5. Partner Engagement and Visibility Support
